How do we bridge the gap? Our industry leading technology gives our underwriters the ability to directly communicate with agents instantly after submitting a quote on our proprietary Novum Online system.
Our IT specialists have experience building comprehensive platforms for not one, but multiple Fortune 500 insurance carriers. This expertise allowed them to build a system tailored to the needs of our agents, because we listen. Novum Online is a system built for agents. It’s not only a rapid rate and submission platform, but also an exclusive submission tracker that allows the agent to track the status of their submissions/quotes in real-time.

Our IT team understands the insurance industry and our Underwriters recognize the need for quick response. Our specialty MGA programs meet a need in the market. We offer underwriting expertise for tough to place risks, which provides Novum with pricing and coverage influence with carrier partners, while never losing sight of the importance of underwriting profitability.
